Water pouring from a kettle into a glass pour-over brewer in a brick roastery

The roastery

Twelve kilos at a time, in an old pottery kiln shed.

  1. Small batches. We roast to order twice a week, so nothing sits on a shelf.
  2. Roasted for the brewer. Filter coffees are roasted lighter, espresso coffees a little longer. The label tells you which is which.
  3. Named farms. Every bag says where it was grown and how it was processed.
