AI consulting from us is a short, practical engagement that ends with a list of specific places AI can help your business, an honest estimate of the effort and running cost of each, the data protection implications, and a recommended first project. We are vendor-neutral, and sometimes the answer is a better process rather than AI. The advice comes from the same people who build and run AI systems day to day, so it is grounded in what works in practice.

Questions
Do we need a big data project before using AI?
Usually not. Many useful AI tasks run on documents, emails and records you already have. Where data quality matters, we will say so.
Are you tied to one AI vendor?
No. We work with models from several providers, including open-weight models you can host yourself, and recommend on cost, capability and data handling.
Do you implement AI, or only advise?
Both. We can stop at advice and a plan if that is all you need, or carry on and implement it: AI integration into software you already have, automation of a process, or an AI agent with a narrow job. The same team does both, so nothing gets lost between the plan and the build.
How long does AI consulting take?
Typically a couple of weeks for a small or mid-sized business. Larger organisations take longer because there are more teams to talk to.
