Pricing

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute first chat. Small, well-defined work is quoted at a fixed price; larger work starts with a short fixed-fee discovery, then runs as fixed-scope releases or time and materials with a budget cap. Support is monthly.

What affects the cost

The cost depends on what you need. These are the four things that move it.

  1. Scope

How much it has to do: the screens, the people using it and the steps it handles. A smaller first release costs less and gets you using it sooner.

  2. Integrations

How many other systems it connects to, such as your accounts, CRM, shop or booking tool, and how easy those systems are to work with.

  3. Data and compliance

Moving existing data across, handling personal data under UK GDPR, and any sector rules or security reviews your organisation needs.

  4. Timescale

A fixed deadline can mean more people working at once. A steady pace usually costs less overall.

Questions

Why do you not publish prices?

Every project is quoted individually after a short chat, because cost depends on scope and the systems involved. Small, well-defined work can be a fixed price.

Do you charge for the first call?

No. The 30-minute first chat is free and there is no obligation.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code lives in your repository from the first day, and on full payment the intellectual property in work built for you is yours.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we usually recommend it: one automation, one MCP server or one MVP, measured, before anything bigger.
