T+00Not technical? Start here

Tell us what is getting in the way. We will take it from there.

You do not need to know what you need. We are a UK team of specialists, and we help businesses with their websites, their admin and being found online, in plain English. The first chat is free and there is no obligation.

What we can do for a small business

Pick whichever sounds most like you. Most businesses have two or three of these.

You are not sure where to start

We look at how you work today, then tell you plainly what to build, buy or automate, and in what order.

Software and AI consulting →

Your website is not bringing in enquiries

We build a clear, fast website that works on a phone and makes it easy to get in touch.

Websites →

People cannot find you online

We help you show up on Google, in Google Maps and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT.

SEO and AI search →

Admin is eating your evenings

We take repetitive jobs, such as re-typing, chasing and sorting emails, and make them happen on their own.

Automation →

You run the business on spreadsheets

We turn the spreadsheets everyone is afraid to touch into a simple system that fits how you work.

Custom software →

Marketing feels like guesswork

We run adverts and social media you can measure in enquiries, and stop what does not work.

How a first chat works

Free, about 30 minutes, no obligation and no jargon.

  1. 01Book a time that suits you, or ask us to call you back.
  2. 02Tell us what is bugging you, in your own words. No forms full of technical questions.
  3. 03We ask a few questions about how the work is done today.
  4. 04We tell you honestly what we would do, and whether it is worth doing.
  5. 05If you want to go ahead, we send a short written plan with the cost. If not, no hard feelings.

The kind of thing we help with

Typical examples of what small businesses ask us about. These are examples, not client stories.

  • A trades business that wants quote requests from its website to land in one place, with a reply sent straight away.
  • A shop or salon that wants online bookings and reminders, so fewer people forget their appointment.
  • An accountant or solicitor who wants incoming documents sorted and filed, instead of doing it by hand.
  • A local firm whose website looks dated on a phone and does not show up when people search nearby.
  • A growing team that keeps the same information in three places and wants it in one.

How we work

Four steps, whether it is a small website or a large system. No jargon, no surprises.

  1. Chat

A free 30-minute first chat with a real person on our team, with no obligation. Tell us what is getting in the way, in your own words. We will say plainly whether we can help.

    Discovery call

  2. Plan

A short written plan: what we would build, what it costs and how long it takes. For bigger projects this is a small paid discovery with a full specification.

    Scope and fixed estimate

  3. Build

We build in small steps and show you working versions as we go, so there are no surprises. You own the code and accounts from day one.

    Weekly previews, your repository

  4. Look after

Once it is live we keep it running, updated and backed up, and help when something needs changing. Or we hand it over with full notes.

    Support, hosting, monitoring

Questions

What happens on the first chat?

It is a free 30-minute call or video chat with no obligation. You tell us what is getting in the way, we ask a few questions, and we tell you honestly what we would do, roughly what it would involve, and whether we are the right people for it.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. If it helps, jot down the jobs that take the most time or the things that annoy you most. Screenshots or examples are useful but not needed.

Will you use jargon?

We try hard not to. If we use a technical word, ask us and we will explain it. There is also a plain-English glossary on this site.

What if it turns out I do not need you?

Then we will say so. Sometimes an off-the-shelf tool or a better spreadsheet is the right answer, and we will point you to it.

Can you call me instead?

Yes. Choose 'Request a call back' on the contact form, leave a number and a good time, and we will ring you.
