Social media marketing

What is social media marketing?
Turn up regularly where your customers already spend time, without it taking over your week. We plan what to post, write and schedule it in your voice, and reply to comments and messages if you want us to. For local businesses that might be Facebook, Instagram and Google posts. For developer and software companies it is more often LinkedIn, X, Reddit and technical communities, where honesty and useful detail matter more than polish.

Questions
Which social media channels should we be on?
Only the ones your customers use. For most local businesses that is one or two channels done well. We will recommend where to start after a first chat.
Do you use AI to write posts?
We may use AI tools to help with drafts and ideas, but every post is edited by a person and approved by you. We do not publish anything you have not seen.
Can you help with developer communities?
Yes. Developer audiences respond to useful detail, honest release notes and real answers, not marketing speak. We build developer tooling such as MCP servers, and our own product, DeskZap, so we know how that audience reads.

What could this look like for you?
Example ideas, not client case studies.
- A month of social posts, planned: A simple calendar of posts written in your voice, which you approve before anything goes out.
