This notice explains what personal data Hot Rocket Software Ltd collects through this website, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are

What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you, such as our hosting provider and email provider. If you accept analytics cookies, Google processes visit data for us as our processor. Enquiries are kept in our own CRM on our own server, not in a third-party one. Providers act on our instructions. Where data leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hi@hotrocket.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
