Our work

One product we run, and how we deliver for six kinds of organisation

DeskZap, our own remote desktop product, shows several of our services working together for one client: us. Below it are the projects we take on, from trades businesses to councils, and how we deliver each one. Most organisations use more than one of our services, joined up.

Built for small teams too. Small firms are just as welcome. Every piece here can start small, with one service sized to your team, and grow when it earns its keep.

WRK.1

Projects we take on

How we deliver for different kinds of organisation: the services involved, our approach and what you get. Filter by what you need, sector, size or service.

  1. P1Small business · Trades businesses

How does a trades firm stop missing calls and win more of the right work?

Website, AI receptionist and growth for trades businesses

For a plumbing, heating or building firm missing calls while its engineers are on jobs, we build a trade website, set up an AI receptionist that answers and books, improve local and AI search visibility, automate quotes and follow-ups, and set up a social media routine the team can keep up.

  2. P2Small business · SaaS start-ups

How does a start-up go from a first version to a SaaS product that scales?

Building and scaling SaaS products for start-ups

For a start-up with a clear idea, a few keen customers and no developers, we build a focused first version, turn it into a multi-tenant SaaS product with billing, add an MCP server for customers' AI assistants, then host and support it as it grows.

  3. P3Mid-size business · National retailers

How does a retailer sell more online and answer “where is my order?” at any hour?

eCommerce, AI customer service and growth for retailers

For a retailer that has outgrown its online shop, with stock going wrong between shops and the warehouse and customer service swamped by order-status emails, we rebuild the shop, join it to stock and fulfilment, add an AI customer service agent, and grow traffic through SEO, AI search and paid campaigns.

  4. P4Public sector · Councils and public bodies

How does a council move services online without more phone calls?

Online services for councils and public bodies

For a council moving more of its services online without more phone calls, we rebuild the website around residents' tasks, join online forms to back-office systems, give contact centre staff an AI assistant over approved guidance, test everything to WCAG 2.2 AA, and support it once it is live.

  5. P5Large company · NHS and healthcare providers

How can a clinic answer more calls without putting patients at risk?

Patient access and AI reception for healthcare providers

For a healthcare provider losing patients to engaged phone lines and slow replies, we advise on where AI can help safely, build a patient portal, set up an AI receptionist for routine calls with clear hand-offs to staff, put governance around it, and train clinic teams to use it.

  6. P6Large company · UK manufacturers

How do you replace an old order system without stopping the factory?

Modernising manufacturers with AI and MCP

For a manufacturer running orders through an ageing in-house system and a lot of re-keying, we assess the system, rebuild it in stages without stopping production, join it to the ERP and couriers, automate order intake with AI, and add an MCP server so staff can query their own data.

What is slow, costly or risky, in plain English.

  2. The system at a glance

A line diagram of what we build, what it connects to and who uses it.

  3. Stage by stage

Discovery, build, launch, grow and ongoing, with the service behind each step.

  4. How it connects

Why one partner across the services makes the difference.

  5. How we work with your team
